Once uploaded to Bytebind, a guest's photo is governed like any other asset — provenance declared, approved before it is delivered, rights-checked at delivery, and delivered through white-label galleries served over time-limited links issued after an access check. One enforced compliance plane, one auditable pipeline. Every capture states how it was created before it can be approved or delivered, and consent is recorded next to a witnessed presence stamp in an append-only plane. No biometric identification.
